Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers.

As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Conducting site visits and preparing quotations
• Managing and overseeing a small team of drainage engineers
• Managing daily operations and responding to on‑site issues
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
• Carrying out regular van checks
• Sourcing materials and equipment
• Supporting engineers and ensuring operational efficiency

• Previous operations management experience
• Strong drainage industry experience (jetting, CCTV surveys, and general drainage knowledge is essential)
• Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence
