Commercial Manager

Join a thriving infrastructure business delivering essential services safely and efficiently. We re seeking a Commercial Manager to influence strategy across multiple projects, lead negotiations, and provide commercial guidance in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You ll:

• Manage contracts, cash flow, and revenue across projects

• Lead commercial negotiations and support bidding processes

• Work with project teams on estimating, risk, and change control

• Develop talent and ensure strong communication across projects

You have:

• M&E or wider engineering experience

• Strong commercial judgement and confident communication

• Customer-focused, collaborative approach

• Relevant degree/professional qualifications; chartered status preferred
