This Warehouse Team Manager will take their warehouse career to the next level. They will motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists to keep standards high and customers happy.

Warehouse Team Manager – Warrington

Salary: £37,865 basic plus night shift allowance premium.

Hours:

45 hours per week.

Shifts:

Any 5 from 7, typically Sunday‑Thursday nights 20:00‑05:30 with flexibility to cover other shifts on an ad‑hoc basis.

A Satisfying Role

Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists, you'll make sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should. You'll oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement. Accountable for a range of key metrics, through influencing your team to achieve you'll help keep standards high and customers happy.
