Fleet Manager

Note: Any one can apply from UK, willing to drive when required to Warrington office.

• Own and lead the full Rental & Used Equipment P&L
• Optimise fleet size, structure, utilisation, and lifecycle value
• Shape pricing strategy and asset management to improve ROCE and margin
• Drive inventory performance including ageing stock and working capital control
• Build a high-performing workshop and supply chain centre of excellence
• Improve turnaround times, availability, and field service productivity
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and tailored rental solutions
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning processes
• Set clear performance targets and drive measurable KPI improvement
• Champion Health & Safety and continuous improvement across multi-site teams

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, forecasting, investment proposals)
• Experience with in rental, used equipment, material handling, plant hire, or other asset-intensive B2B environments
• Demonstrated improvements in utilisation, ROCE, gross margin, or operational KPIs
• Experience leading workshop/service operations and supply chain performance
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Data-driven decision maker (experience with SAP and advanced Excel advantageous)
• Degree qualified (Business, Finance, or related preferred)
