This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Director, located in the Warrington. The Account Director will oversee client relationships, manage accounts, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver high-quality work, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, and managing resources to meet client objectives effectively. The role requires leadership in balancing multiple priorities and exceeding client expectations while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Account Management and establishing client relationships
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Proficiency in Sales strategy and execution
- Expertise in Project Management and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Familiarity with the creative and marketing industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
