Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a hands‑on Field Service Team Leader to oversee a team of mobile engineers delivering first‑class maintenance and repair services across a varied fleet of material handling equipment (MHE). This pivotal leadership role combines strong technical knowledge with effective people management. You will be responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day field service operations, planning engineer workloads, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring all servicing, maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards at customer sites.

Working in a fast‑paced environment you will lead from the front—providing technical support, driving productivity, maintaining service quality, and helping create a positive, high‑performing field service culture.

Workshop Engineering

• Hands‑on engineering/maintenance experience
• Maintenance experience of forklift trucks or mobile plant machinery or HGVs or industrial vehicles
• Leadership or management experience
• Hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic disciplines
• Recognised engineering qualification

• Previously held a role as a Field Service Team Leader
