Children's Home Manager – Warrington

Located in Warrington, this full‑time, permanent position offers a salary up to £60,000. The role is open to Deputy Managers seeking advancement or experienced Registered Managers who wish to join a forward‑thinking organization.

Responsibilities

Act as Registered Manager, responsible for safe and effective management of a children's home.
Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
Work with the Resident Inspector (RI) to ensure the service complies with OFSTED and company standards, maintaining the current Good rating.
Recruit, develop and supervise a staff team, ensuring child‑focused support and positive outcomes.
Address safeguarding concerns.
Manage the home's budget.
Work under the company's standards and policies.

Requirements

Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
Valid Driving Licence.
Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager.

Salary

Up to £60,000 per annum.
