We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

• Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy RDC site, acting as deputy to ensure safe, efficient operations across both warehouse and transport activities.
• Operate as an all-rounder within a small site environment, requiring knowledge of warehousing, transport legislation, people management, and operational systems.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and Health & Safety regulations, maintaining a safe, secure, and well-organised working environment.
• Manage operational challenges through effective communication, resource planning, and flexibility, including shift cover and key holder duties.
• Lead and develop a small team, managing performance, resources, and communication, while remaining flexible to meet operational demands, including shift cover and key holder responsibilities.

• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external
• Good IT skills and confidence using operational systems
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
