Field Repair Manager

Stannah is a leader in the global lift market. As part of the management team at our Warrington branch, the Field Repair Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading a team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors, and achieving Business Plan targets for Modernisation, New Installation, and Major Plan fulfilment. The role covers platforms, passenger and goods lifts, and supports exceptional service aligned with our company values and health and safety standards.

• Efficiently plan engineer workloads, including the allocation of repair works.
• Maintain portfolio.
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and method statements.
• Carry out regular site monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.

• Previous experience working within the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
• Relevant management qualifications would be desirable.
• Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Travel throughout Warrington is expected.
