Supervisor, Management, Operations Manager

Monday to Friday Up to £32,000 Per Annum. Benefits Package. Onsite Gym. Full training and support at all times. Supportive environment. Fixed Shift (Lates) Duties of the Shift Supervisor:
Responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Operatives. Ensuring they remain engaged, organized and motivated. Assisting with the load/unload vehicles, process freight and route sort before assisting with load out in line with business targets. Ensuring timely handovers with both morning and night shift managers. Ensuring KPI's are hit and exceeded. Assisting with any warehouse roles required on the Warehouse floor.

Reporting on the shift and reporting back to operational management. FLT license is desirable. Additional Information of the Shift Supervisor:
Monday to Friday Cover on Saturdays and Sunday may be required during peak periods and holiday cover. Up to £32,000 Per Annum. Permanent Role. Swindon Location. 14.00 - 23.00 OR 06.00 - 15.00 Late shift only. Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor is required due to the nature of this role.
