Working as a Parts Hub Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role within our parts department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations across the hub. You’ll support, guide, and motivate the team while maintaining high standards of customer service, whether dealing with customers or supporting internal stakeholders.
With strong organisational and communication skills, you’ll oversee daily processes, manage workflow, and ensure timely and accurate parts distribution. You’ll lead by example, delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement within the team.

- Supervise the daily workload and performance of the Parts team
- Lead team briefings, manage rotas, and support staff development
- Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels, stock accuracy, obsolescence, and returns
- Support workshop operations, ensuring timely parts availability for technicians
- Manage trade orders and ensure prompt, accurate dispatch
- Handle complex customer enquiries and support high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee invoicing, credits, warranty returns, and core returns processes
- Work closely with Accounts to manage outstanding debt and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, audit, and health & safety standards
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and customer service

- Previous experience in a Parts Department, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment - Strong communication and customer service skills
- IT literacy, including experience with DMS systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Full UK driving licence
