As Store Manager, you'll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high‑performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast‑changing retail environment. You will lead from the front, deliver against the retail plan, and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. This role requires resilience, commercial acumen and inspiring leadership with clarity, accountability and ambition across standards, service, profit and people.

- Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance to meet P&L targets.
- Set the strategy and direction for the store, ensuring every colleague knows their role and is held accountable for performance.
- Own the change agenda, landing transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency and pace.
- Build a high‑performance culture by coaching managers, growing talent, and creating a store people want to join and stay in.
- Use data and insight to unlock opportunity, making fast, confident decisions that drive profit, improve service and boost efficiency.
- Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability, helping teams sell across all platforms and channels.
- Be the voice of your store – representing people, speaking candidly and owning the follow‑through on areas needing improvement.
- Create an exceptional customer journey through consistent standards, inspiring visual merchandising and diverse teams that go the extra mile.
- Proven leader of large teams in a fast‑paced retail environment, with a sharp focus on delivery, standards and results.
- Comfortable working across commercial, visual, operations and people areas, and able to bring them together for impact.
- Clear and direct communicator, with the courage to make tough calls and the skill to bring colleagues along.
- Strong on planning, performance management and resilience; able to balance big picture with detail and hold expectations.
- Confident using digital tools, data and systems to make better, faster decisions and coach others to do the same.
- Skilled in building partnerships across team, peers and region to share insights, solve problems and deliver transformation.
