Requirements
- Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare management or a senior supervisory role
- Eligibility for Ofsted Registered Manager registration
- Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulatory standards, the Childrens Homes Regulations, and safeguarding
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the childrens residential home, ensuring safe, nurturing environments
- Drive Ofsted regulatory compliance and maintain outstanding inspection standards
- Lead safeguarding and individual care planning for young people with complex needs
- Manage solo placement and multi-bed home settings, adapting to individual young peoples needs
- Recruit, build and mentor a high-performing support team
- Contribute to organisational strategy and quality improvement as the business grows
