Junior Global Account Manager

A service organisation that prides themselves on listening, understanding and delivering beyond expectations, is currently recruiting a Junior Global Account Manager to join their team.

This is a development role so the employer is not looking for you to have experience in the below but an interest in and the qualities they hope you will bring.

Duties will include:

* Own and grow a portfolio of international clients

* Act as main POC, managing all aspects of the relationship

* Oversee onboarding, set up and renewal contract extensions

* Develop and implement strategic account plans

* Work closely with the compliance team to agree SLA’s

* Troubleshoot issues arising from delivery and reporting of services

* Chair and drive regular client calls

* Manage cross-functional and cross-border dependencies

* Use data analytics and reporting tools to turn data into insight

The successful candidate will have excellent communication/relationship-building skills. Strong planning and organisation ability, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is essential
