Village Hotels is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to drive our commercial engine across 34 hotels. This hybrid role requires three days at our Warrington Head Office, leading a large team toward high-performance sales across Groups, Meetings, and Sports.
You will own revenue strategy, people leadership for about 60 colleagues (5 direct reports), and the core sales systems, including Salesforce and iVvy, to optimize processes and decisions.
