Position Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production process. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures
* Assemble, package, and inspect products to meet quality specifications
* Perform basic machine setup and changeovers as needed
* Conduct quality checks and record production data
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
* Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
