Position Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production process. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures

• Assemble, package, and inspect products to meet quality specifications

• Perform basic machine setup and changeovers as needed

• Conduct quality checks and record production data

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
