Production Operative - Assembly Team Are you looking for a practical, hands-on role where your work really matters? Join Tods Assembly Team as a Production Operative and help build high-performance composite products used in specialist defence and marine applications. What youll be doing Build and assemble components using hand tools and workshop equipment Work with composite materials including sanding, trimming, drilling, routing and finishing Follow technical drawings and build instructions to produce high-quality work Use workshop machinery such as lathes and milling equipment, with training where needed Help maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment What were looking for Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment Confidence using hand tools and workshop equipment A practical approach, strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn Its a bonus if you have Experience in composites, engineering or a similar production environment Knowledge of workshop health and safety practices Familiarity with lathes, milling machines or similar workshop equipment Why join us?
