Paint Sprayer

As a Paint Sprayer based in Lowton, Warrington, you will join a permanent team focused on delivering high‑quality finishes to fifth wheel components. The role is full‑time, Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:00 and Friday 07:30–12:40. You will operate electrostatic spray guns, manage 2‑pack paint auto‑mix systems and perform daily booth maintenance including filter checks and basic troubleshooting within a conveyor production setting.

• Paint spraying of fifth wheel components to required quality standards.
• Operation of electrostatic spray guns and associated equipment.
• Use and maintenance of 2‑pack paint auto‑mix systems.
• Daily spray booth maintenance including cleaning, filter checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work efficiently within a moving conveyor production line with time‑critical processes.
• Ensure all work meets internal quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Report equipment issues and support continuous improvement activities.

• Time‑served Paint Sprayer with proven industrial experience.
• Hands‑on experience with electrostatic spray equipment.
• Knowledge of 2‑pack paint systems and automated mixing.
• Ability to carry out general maintenance on spray equipment and booths.
• Experience working in time‑critical conveyor‑based environments (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

• Competitive salary: £20–25 per hour (DOE) or £39,520–49,400 per annum, dependent on experience.
