This award-winning business with over 30 years of success is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring products are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and within budget.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operation.
• Oversee production planning to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage production budgets, purchasing and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop, train and mentor the production team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance of machinery and production facilities.

• Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Leader.
