We're recruiting Production Operators for one of the UK's most recognised and reputable beverage manufacturing businesses based in Runcorn. This is a company with a long-standing heritage in distilling, producing and bottling some of the world's most iconic alcoholic drinks. Known for investing in its people, maintaining exceptionally high standards, and offering a fantastic working environment, opportunities here don't come along often.
We are looking for experienced production professionals who can demonstrate a strong manufacturing background, ideally within FMCG, food, drink, brewing, bottling or packaging operations.
How does this sound?
Production Operator (FLT Licence Required)
12-hour rotating shifts
Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Nights: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Average 40 hours per week
Pay Rates
Training rate: £13.45 per hour - typically this is for 6-8 weeks depending on your ability to pick up role
Following successful sign-off (typically within the first 12 weeks): £21.58 per hour
Average earnings can reach £21.58 per hour
Overtime: £28.05per hour
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' production or manufacturing experience
FMCG experience ideally gained within food, beverage, brewing, packaging or bottling environments
Current FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow operating procedures and quality processes accurately
Strong understanding of health and safety in a production environment
Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing setting
Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
A reliable, strong work ethic
