Manufacturing Operator I

Location:

Warrington (Onsite)

Position Type:
Full-Time, 12-Month Contract

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Pay Rate: £13.35/hour (Equivalent to £26,024/year)

Overtime:
Available and highly encouraged!

  • Weekday & Saturday OT: 150% rate
  • Sunday OT: 200% rate
About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Warrington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our filling department, operating both manual and automated equipment to help deliver high-quality products.

This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity with an immediate start date, offering a stable daytime schedule and excellent overtime earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment efficiently.
  • Work comfortably in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all production documentation to high quality standards.
  • Actively participate in team initiatives to improve daily processes and productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and material handling.
  • This role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.

  • Attributes:
    You are reliable, punctual, forward-thinking, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred, but not required-full training will be provided!
  • Skills:

    A willingness to learn, an understanding of how tools/machinery operate, and the ability to spot production or quality issues.
  • Teamwork:
    Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
