Location: Glazebury
Bents Garden & Home in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Baker to lead our Bakery & Pastry Team. This full-time role will supervise production across the business from a brand-new Bakery & Pastry Kitchen opening in September, managing 8 colleagues and ensuring quality and consistency.
You will develop new bakery products, costings, manage stock, ordering, and HACCP compliance while coaching the team and delivering high standards.
