Senior Operator Manpower Warrington, Cheshire

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operator to join our manufacturing team in Warrington. The successful candidate will lead by example on the production floor, ensuring all manufacturing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Support the day-to-day running of the production area and help deliver production targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor production activities, resolve operational issues, and elevate where necessary.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or food production) is advantageous.
• Location: Warrington (Onsite)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
• Pay Rate: £14.01 per hour
• Contract: 12 months
• Overtime: Available and desirable.
