    Week 1 – 6am‑2pm / Week 2 – 2pm‑10pm (M‑F)

THG Nutrition is truly global and in 2016 we built a 1 million sq.ft production and distribution centre in the North West to help bring our brand vision to life.

Our production business has grown with the launch of a production and distribution centre in Poland and acquisitions of a further four UK production facilities.

Each of our sites has a different specialism, but they all work to innovate and produce some of our award‑winning products.

Our mission is to differentiate ourselves from our competition by our vertically integrated D2C model, spanning sports nutrition, supplements, active wear and vegan products.

What will your day look like
  • GMP & fabrication audits, checking & reporting adherence to quality management policies & procedures
  • Glass & brittle plastic audits
  • Inspect daily supplier deliveries: pallets, documentation, labelling accuracy, packaging integrity
  • Take samples and conduct testing (near‑infra‑red spectrometer, organoleptic checks)
  • Collect micro samples as per schedule (raw material deliveries, water, hygiene swabs, finished products)
  • Collect, check and file all daily production & QA check sheets
  • Conduct daily label checks to ensure traceability
  • Calibrate weighing scales
  • Carry out temperature and quality checks
  • Update and maintain accurate quality management documentation records
  • Handle internal enquiries and escalating within the team where required
  • Centre‑file and archive a wide range of documentation including reports, investigations, and other quality documentation
  • Form part of the internal auditing team
  • Issue certificates of analysis/conformities, where required
The right person for the role will have
  • Effective communication skills, listening, influencing and persuading skills at all levels
  • Time management
  • Experience working within a food manufacturing environment is desired but not essential
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet business needs
  • Confident PC skills
  • HACCP trained (desired but not essential)
  • Quality assurance experience (2+ years, desired but not essential)
