Production Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Warrington. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where precision and physical capability are key to success.
Shift patterns

• Rota 1:
  Monday
  - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
• Rota 2:
  Monday
  - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00

Pay rates

• 13.13 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative

• Must have own transport to commute to site for a 6am start as public transport is not available.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25kg regularly and perform manual, repetitive tasks.
• Good level of English and basic maths skills.
• Strong desire to work in a manufacturing environment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Manual weighing of ingredients following specific recipes.
• Quality checking products and reporting results accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workstation between batches.
• Ensuring all products are packed according to specifications.
