We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute the trade marketing strategy for one of our Strategic Key Accounts (SKA). The role is office-based 3 days per week and may require weekends and unsociable hours.

• Develop and drive a comprehensive trade marketing strategy in alignment with global and regional EMEA marketing plans.
• Maintain an overarching marketing calendar for the SKA, analysing consumer data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
• Drive sell‑in activity through account‑specific pre‑line and sell‑in presentations.
• Identify and scope new opportunities in existing and future markets.
• Educate and ensure compliance with NB brand guidelines and communication protocols.
• Lead the creation of seasonal omnichannel marketing plans, integrating online and physical touchpoints.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of trade marketing professionals.
• Ensure campaigns deliver on objectives and are executed consistently across all touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, negotiating effective product placement.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to improve strategy and execution.
• Manage the SKA marketing budget with clear investment principles and priorities.
• Track marketing campaign targets and use data‑driven insights to optimise ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strategic vision and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing a high‑performing team and delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• In‑depth knowledge of the lifestyle marketplace and consumer journey, with data analysis and reporting expertise.
• Experience in sports, culture, and performance industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Process‑driven with cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• Strong consumer behavior understanding, from awareness to conversion.
• People‑oriented, building relationships easily.
• Willingness to travel.
