Growth and Partnership Marketing Manager

At Inprova, we’re scaling fast across multiple brands and markets — and we’re looking for a Growth and Partnership Marketing Manager to help accelerate that journey.
This isn’t a maintenance role.
This is a build-it, shape-it, scale-it opportunity.
You’ll take ownership of the full marketing engine, driving revenue, retention, and reputation. From demand generation and ABM to supplier partnerships and strategic content, your work will have a direct and visible impact on our pipeline, customer loyalty and market position.
You’ll also mentor a Marketing Assistant and collaborate closely with the wider marketing, sales, procurement and product teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Revenue & Retention
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes with Sales and Procurement
- Develop lifecycle, retention and upsell strategies for our platform, Quantum
- Own and optimise the marketing funnel from awareness to opportunity
Content & Brand Leadership
- Define and deliver a content strategy that positions Inprova as a thought leader
- Oversee creation of high-quality collateral: sales assets, blogs, case studies, eBooks, video scripts and event materials
- Be the guardian of brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage and nurture supplier and partner relationships
- Drive adoption of our Marketing as a Service offer through campaigns, co-branded initiatives and joint events
- Leverage partner insights and expertise for collaborative content
Campaign & Marketing Operations
- Lead delivery of events (including our flagship PfH Live), webinars, email campaigns and paid advertising
- Oversee CRM and automation workflows (Click Dimensions or similar), supported by the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant
- Track and report on performance, success metrics and ROI, driving continuous improvement
Leadership
- Mentor and develop your Marketing Assistant
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Procurement, Product and senior leadership
- Ensure alignment by briefing internal teams on marketing plans and activities
What You Bring
Required
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or professional services preferred)
- Proven track record delivering measurable growth, revenue and retention
- Experience in demand generation, ABM, content strategy and automation
- Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills
- Comfortable managing budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Public sector or social housing experience
- Familiarity with long, complex buying cycles
- Experience with Click Dimensions and Word Press
