Takeda seeks an experienced CRM & CXF Enablement Lead to drive the UK & Ireland transition to the Customer Experience of the Future. You will oversee CRM deployments, adoption, and value realization across Medispend, Takeda Connect, and related platforms.
You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and global DD&T to ensure compliant, well-governed CRM data and platform capabilities, including Agent Force AI-enabled features.
