About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing social commerce agency that partners with established consumer brands to help them succeed on Tik Tok Shop. Managing everything from affiliate programmes and live shopping to paid advertising and performance reporting, they are building a reputation for delivering measurable growth through creator-led commerce.

About the Role

This is a newly created position that will take ownership of the creator partnerships function. You'll be responsible for building, growing and managing a network of Tik Tok creators who produce content and drive sales for a portfolio of consumer brands.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media or a similar creator-facing position who is ready to step into a role with genuine autonomy and impact.
