Hours:

36 hours per week (Night Shifts)

Shift Pattern: 7.15pm to 7.30am

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night role in a supportive, resident‑focused environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established care provider with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional nursing, residential, and dementia care across the UK.

As a Registered Nurse here you'll be joining a warm; modern, sterile and welcoming service in Warrington, a home to 42 residents many of who require residential care, the nursing care is mild dementia and general nursing/end of life care.

With a long-standing team, supportive leadership, and a strong CQC report, this is a workplace where both residents and staff genuinely thrive; there is 3 experienced managers on site - 2 clinical to support you in clinical decision making and auditing.

As a key member of the clinical team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the wider MDT to create personalised care plans
• Oversee a CHAP assistant and 3 carers in the delivery of care across the unit
• Oversee safe and effective medication management
• Safeguard and support the wellbeing of all residents

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin - RGN or RMN qualified
• Strong understanding of nursing standards and the NMC Code
• Experience in person‑centred care planning - PCS system and EMAR
• A natural leader who can mentor and inspire others
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
