Mental Health Nurse

Arbury Court in Warrington is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a multidisciplinary team that provides medium and low secure care and a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for adult women with Personality Disorder and other mental health conditions.

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to service users.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting positive teamwork.
• Observe, record and report all changes in service users, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards.

• Relevant nursing qualification with current NMC registration.

• Completed Preceptorship to be considered for this post.
