Mental Health Nurse

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work at Arbury Court in Warrington. The role involves caring for adult women in medium and low secure units and a psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) who have personality disorder and mental health conditions.

• Provide high‑quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for each patient.
• Observe, record and report all service user changes and maintain accurate care records.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork.

• Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.

• Annual base salary: £36,382 (Staff Nurse
  2), £40,751 (Staff Nurse
  3), £43,292 (Staff Nurse
  4). Day‑of‑employment pay.
