Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)- Zero hour

You will be responsible for leading patient transfers, ensuring safe, professional and compassionate care at every stage. You will use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and deliver care, while also managing and supporting colleagues during complex situations. Provide high quality, evidence based mental health nursing care Lead the team throughout the patient transfer process, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork Conduct thorough handovers, including risk history and current presentation, to maintain continuity of care Deliver crisis intervention for patients experiencing acute mental health difficulties Ensure all safeguarding responsibilities for children and adults are met in line with national and local policies Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, using your training and judgement to ensure patient and staff safety Attend all mandatory training, meetings and reviews to maintain professional competence Complete accurate records and reports, ensuring they meet both clinical and organisational standards Build positive, respectful relationships with patients, colleagues and partner agencies Carry out vehicle and equipment checks before journeys and report any issues promptly
