Join our dedicated team co’s Hospice, where we work tirelessly to make a positive impact in patient care. Our network of charity shops play a crucial role in raising funds to support our vital services, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Charity Shop Manager to work in one of our shops leading a team of dedicated volunteers and driving the success of our shops.

Your creativity and passion will help to increase donations, boost sales and spread awareness of our mission.

• Managing the day to day running of the shop.
• Optimising sales.
• Maintaining effective stock management and merchandising.
• Managing and training shop volunteers.
• Carrying out shop administration.
• Ensuring adequate security.
• Enforcing health and safety policy and procedures.

Full-time, Permanent

37.5 hours per week – 5 days over 7 (weekend work). Typical hours of work 9am - 5pm.

St Rocco’s Hospice is a registered charity, not part of the NHS and it costs over £5 million to run the Hospice every year. We rely on support from the community of Warrington, both through volunteering time and donating money to enable us to continue our existing services.

For this reason, we encourage all members of staff to support fundraising activities of the Hospice. We encourage every staff member to help at, participate in, or support at fundraising activities every year to fell part of the wider St. Rocco’s family. Opportunities to support fundraising activities vary and could include helping at fundraising and shop events, raising sponsorship or attending cheque presentations.

Staff members will be asked as part of their annual appraisal how they have contributed to the wider organisational community.
