Quality Assurance & Hygiene Assistant Redditch Up to £30,000  Benefits Permanent | Full Time Reed Food & FMCG are working exclusively with a successful and growing food manufacturer to recruit a Quality Assurance & Hygiene Assistant. Working as part of the Technical team, you will support the site's food safety, quality and compliance systems while helping to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing operation.

The Role Support the day-to-day activities of the Quality and Technical function. Maintain quality, hygiene and compliance documentation. Coordinate product and environmental sampling programmes. Produce technical reports, KPI data and trend analysis. Assist with customer complaint investigations and corrective actions. Support internal audits, traceability exercises and site compliance activities. Monitor adherence to quality, food safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with Production, Operations and Technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

Assist with technical projects and ongoing site improvements. About You Previous experience within food manufacturing. Experience in a QA, Quality, Technical or Hygiene role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Good understanding of GMP and food safety standards. Comfortable working across multiple departments. Positive and proactive approach with a desire to learn and develop. The Package Salary up to £30,000.
