Hmsworks is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer to manage tenancy and estate services in Warrington. You will be the frontline contact for residents, delivering advice, tenancy support, and case management across a designated portfolio.
You will handle ASB, tenancy breaches and estate issues, coordinating with partner agencies to sustain tenancies and improve neighbourhoods. A driving licence is required to visit properties and attend community meetings.
