The Opportunity

• Manage a predominantly industrial commercial property portfolio
• Work with major institutional clients and national mandates
• Exposure to landlord & tenant matters, service charges and asset performance
• Collaborate with specialist FM, accounting and asset management teams
• Join a business with a strong track record of internal promotion

About You

• Commercial property management experience
• MRICS preferred but not essential
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
