As Store Manager, you will own the full operation, lead with confidence, build high‑performing teams, and set the pace in a fast‑changing retail environment. You will lead from the front, deliver against the retail plan, and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. • Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance to deliver against the P&L.
• Set the strategy and direction for the store, ensuring every colleague knows their role and is accountable for delivering it.
• Own the change agenda, implementing transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency and pace.
• Build a high‑performance culture by coaching managers, growing talent, and creating a store people want to join and stay in.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunities, making fast, confident decisions that drive profit, improve service, and boost efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability – helping teams sell across all platforms and channels.
• Represent your store, speak candidly, and follow through on areas that need improvement.
• Create an exceptional customer journey through consistent standards, inspiring visual merchandising, and diverse teams that go the extra mile.

• A proven leader of large teams in a fast‑paced retail environment, focused on delivery, standards and results.
• Confident working across all areas of store performance, including commercial, visual, operations and people, and able to bring them together for impact.
• A clear and direct communicator with the courage to make tough calls and the skill to bring colleagues along.
• Strong in planning, performance management and resilience – able to balance the big picture with the detail and consistently set expectations.
• Comfortable using digital tools, data and systems to make faster, better decisions, and coaching others to do the same.
• Skilled in building partnerships across the team, peers and region, sharing insights, solving problems and delivering transformation.
