Overview
IKEA Warrington, WA5 7TY
is looking to welcome a Visual Merchandiser.
The start date of employment will be: 5th July 2026
Competitive salary of £27,800 per annum based on competence and experience.
39 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7, occasional weekends.
Working hours are between 6am to 3:30pm, working approximately 8 hours daily.

- Passion for home furnishings with experience in a busy retail environment would be ideal.
- A creative degree is essential.
- Confidence in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations, with the ability to work with other stakeholders in store.
- A flexible, practical, hands‑on approach to responsibilities and the ability to meet set deadlines.
- Self‑motivated to achieve goals and a desire to improve ways of working.
- Revit drawing program skills/experience would be ideal but not essential; similar programs would be helpful.
- Planning commercial spaces, working together with the other departments.
- Supporting the implementation of commercial changes in the store, this will include painting and assembly/disassembly of shop fixtures where required.
- Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor, minimise disruption and remain aware at all times of the importance of safety and the visual impact for visitors.
- Secure high quality, simplicity and cost‑consciousness in the execution of work by following established routines.
