• Support the night manager in smooth running of the night shift
• Oversee delivery intake and ensure stock is worked to the shop floor safely and within agreed time scales
• Monitor and manage colleague productivity and performance, providing clear direction and motivation
• Allocate tasks effectively across departments to maximise availability for the next trading day
• Maintain high standards of stock presentation, merchandising and store cleanliness
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment is ideal but not essential - We take into account transferable skills
• A willingness to take on responsibility and support others
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Flexibility - Shift nights and hours could change depending on leadership cover

This is a fixed term position with the look to permanent after 12 weeks probation.
