Store Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location: Warrington Store

Contract: 24 hours per week

We are hiring for a Part‑Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Warrington. You will be working directly with an established team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff’s work in the store environment. You will monitor employee activity, solve day‑to‑day problems and assist customers when needed.

Working in a thriving store, your day‑to‑day tasks will vary. You will support the Store Manager to ensure the team maximises sales, maintains a service‑first mentality, adheres to best practices as per company expectations and overall ensures the shopping experience for our customers.

• Passion for fashion retail and our company ethos
• Previously worked in fashion retail
• Experience managing and motivating a team of sales assistants
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Efficient and highly organised with a customer‑focused attitude
