Retail Assistant – Full Time

Our new shop opening in Birchwood, Cheshire (postcode: WA3 7PG
) requires a permanent full‑time retail assistant.

Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week.

Pay: £10.95 – £12.81 per hour, depending on age.

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Enjoy a busy environment and manage multiple tasks such as deliveries, tills, customer service, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliability – be an important part of a small team and not let the team down.
• Flexibility – be able to work slightly different hours when needed to cover for teammates.
