Retail Assistant

Position: Retail Assistant (FTRA) – Permanent, full‑time, 39 hours per week, 5 days a week.

• Pay: £10.95 per hour (ages 16‑20) or £12.81 per hour (ages 21+)

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they need.
• Provide a fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves for customers.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• Some flexibility with shifts, as rota’s are planned three weeks in advance and may need adjustment for team coverage.
