Retail Assistant – Full Time

Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week.

Pay: £10.95 - £12.81 per hour (dependent on age).

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a permanent, full‑time position working a variety of shifts across five days each week, including weekends. Flexibility throughout the week is required.

Salary depends on age:

• 16‑20 years old: £10.95 per hour
• 21+ years old: £12.81 per hour

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, including offers to pack and a courteous goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, manage deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and on shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy a busy environment and juggle multiple tasks such as deliveries, till service and shop floor duties.
• Reliable and dependable as an important part of a small team.
• Some flexibility with shift patterns; may need to cover for colleagues on holiday with only three‑week notice.
