GO Outdoors in Warrington is seeking a proactive Department Manager to drive your department’s performance and help the store hit sales targets. You will lead from the front, motivate your team, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver excellence on the shop floor.
You’ll interpret KPI data to inform decisions, coach colleagues, and ensure high standards of presentation, customer service, and operations across shifts. This role requires confident leadership and a passion for outdoor retail.
