Do you have a solid Estate Agency background? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? If the answer is yes, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to join an industry‑leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.

The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding! Duties will include:

  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills Required
  • At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Tenacity and self‑starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Responsive to change
