Location: Warrington
Salary: £35,000 basic + 15% commission (Uncapped earnings)
Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Optional Weekend Overtime Available

We’re a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Life Protection Advisor to join our team, taking on high-quality,
verified inbound leads and providing expert advice to clients.

• Receive pre-qualified leads from our dedicated in-house lead generation team.
• Conduct thorough fact finds to understand each client's needs.
• Offer tailored life insurance advice and convert enquiries into policies via phone.
• Ensure excellent customer service while completing all documentation to compliance standards.

• Previous experience selling life insurance on an advised basis

• A consultative, customer-first approach.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Confidence in working towards and exceeding KPIs in a compliant manner.

• £35,000 basic salary + 15% commission (uncapped)
• Over 120 hot leads provided daily – no cold calling

• Saturdays (9am–4pm): £150/day
• Sundays (10am–5pm): £200/day

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Optional weekend overtime (as above)
