Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Warrington. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include building and maintaining partnerships with clients, preparing quotes and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to driving sales growth and supporting strategic business goals.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry or experience in a related field is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required
