Sales Operations Executive

Support Sales, Drive Accuracy, Deliver Excellence! At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a detail‑driven Sales Order Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our internal sales function. This isn’t just about processing orders – it’s about ensuring accuracy, building strong relationships, and helping the business achieve its goals.

• Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling.
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
• Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
• Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.

• Strong attention to detail and process‑driven mindset.
• Results‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Customer‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Numerate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
